Refund policy

If Repoclaw is not useful to you, you can have your first payment back.

• 14 days: request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any paid plan, for any reason.
• Renewals: renewal payments are not normally refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Our mistakes: if a billing error or an outage on our side affects you, we refund the affected period.

How to ask

Email support@clawpy.ai from your account address, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Consumers in the UK and EU also keep their statutory rights.
