Terms of service

Who we are

Repoclaw is provided by Clawpy, a trading name of Kwok Shing Chan, Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London E17 3NU, United Kingdom ("we"). Contact: support@clawpy.ai.

The service

Repoclaw reads repositories you connect, read-only, and produces reports about which parts of your software are being commoditised, are converging with the market, remain defensible, or are newly enabled by recent releases.

Reports are judgements, not guarantees

Reports are produced with AI models from public sources. They are prompts for your own judgement, may be wrong or incomplete, and are not professional, legal, financial or investment advice. You decide what to build, buy or remove.

Your account

Your content

You keep all rights in your code and data. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide Repoclaw to you, as described in our code privacy and privacy pages.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Free plan

The free plan may change or end with 30 days' notice by email.

Changes and availability

We may change the service or these terms; material changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they apply. We aim for a reliable weekly report but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or for decisions you make based on reports.

Ending

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@clawpy.ai from your account address. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On closing, we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence.
